Hi! I’m Amy, owner of Silly Yak Treats. You can read more about us on the About Us page and my full celiac story at the bottom of that page.

Our goal is to supply the need of good gluten-free baked goods in the Johnson County, IN and South Indianapolis areas. We are working initially on sandwich bread as we don’t see a good source for this and store bought options are poor and small. We will also be offering my cookies that no one knows are gluten-free unless we tell them. Please help tell us about your needs and products you would like on our survey form.

We are offering a weekly preorder of products with limits according to our capacity. Unfortunately, all bakery equipment must be purchased new to be gluten safe. So we have made some significant investements to make sure that gluten contamination isn’t possible. We will ramp up production as this equipment arrives.

Eventually, we hope to get to a subscription based model so that customers can have fresh bread available on a predictable schedule and possibility of ordering that weeks specialty items.
